So I sat down (not hard, because I'm sitting about 98% of the time) and applied fingers to keyboard (also not hard) and made myself focus on a text file (very very hard, as it turns out, because I tend to have very powerful urges to Stop Writing And Go Play Spider Solitaire Or Something) and write.
Time spent: two hours (approximately). It's harder than you might think.
Time spent just staring at the screen going "aaaaa what do I write": *shifty eyes* not telling.
